Just finished both seasons of Sound! Euphonium. Overall it was a good lighthearted anime. I’m not sure what to watch next, unfortunately. I’m still not quite in the mood for anything violent. I’m thinking Does Rascal Not Dream of Bunny Girl Sempai as the next anime to watch? I also need to finish Bakemonogatari one of these days.
Played Fire Emblem Three Houses yesterday. Finally switched over Edelgard’s class to Lord. Doing a bit of grinding as well, since Bernadetta’s level was way down to Level 3, when the average for the rest of my group is around Level 6-7.
As far as grinding in FE: Three Houses, I’m not sure how much to do. It seems like I can just keep battling over and over again. The average difficulty of these battles is Level 7, with one battle at Level 9. I’m not sure if I should just average out everyone to Level 9 or to Level 7, and I don’t want them too severely gimped before the main battle at the end of the month. It’s just replaying the same maps over and over again is boring and tiresome.
Picked up a new dedicated headset for the PS4. While I haven’t necessarily needed a new headset, I’ve found a few instances where I’d like to work in a group and I’m left spending five minutes looking around for the cheap earpiece that came with the PS4 that’s uncomfortable and falls out of my ear. I ended up getting the Sony PS4 Gold Wireless Headset, which sounds great (uses 7.1 audio) and provides most of the functionality I need in a headset. It’s not as great as my Arctis 7 on PC, but for the PS4, it’s exactly what I need.
Sadly, I haven’t really found an opportunity to use it yet. Been playing Star Wars Battlefront II and everyone is mostly silent. I’d like to see if my friends can get together for Destiny 2 sometime so I can use it.
Planning on a trip to Victoria, BC this weekend. I’m planning on having some relaxation time in a hotel over the weekend. I’ll have to look at hotel prices and things to do out there. I’ll most likely bring my Switch and iPad, at the very least so I can play some FE while on the Ferry or in the Hotel.
Ever get that feeling where it’s like “Okay, I’m done with that…now what?” Well it’s 9AM, I’m finishing up with the blog entry for the morning, and I have no idea what I want to do for the rest of the day. I’m considering maybe getting some Flight Sim hours in, but I really don’t want to spend most of my morning downloading addons, reading manuals, or working on flight plans. Truck Simulator sounds like fun too, but sometimes I feel like if I really wanted to drive, I’d actually go in my real car and drive.
Probably, at the very least, I’ll set up Mansions of Madness this morning and just work from there.
